A global pandemic, like nothing we have ever seen before, hit the United States  changing societal norms.  Covid-19 reshaped business strategy and left a path of destruction that will take years to rebuild.

A global pandemic hit the United States with the fierceness of a lion, changing the way organizations conduct  business. Covid-19 brought with it a new normal business normal. Almost instantly, organizations had to find creative and flexible ways to maintain operations in a time of complete uncertainty. Millions of workers who could quickly went remote, thousands of businesses had to quickly find ways to serve consumers while balancing customer and employee safety, and thousands of small businesses faced signifiant financial crises and had to shut their doors.

Covid taught us all that proper planning for the unexpected is a vital component of any strategic plan. We can no longer model our businesses in a single linear pathway, but a non-linear path that is creative, innovate and drives sustainability.

Covid also taught us that we have to rebuild. To rebuild and thrive we have to hire talent. During these tough economic times it is important to have a cost-efficient talent acquisition strategy that allows you to balance the financial parameters of your business with your most critical rebuilding asset, human capital.
